Odalys’s film camera and a coffee on a stall counter

Hi, I’m Odalys. I film one stall at a time.

I spent eight years cutting food TV and kept wishing we’d stay with one cook longer. So that’s the whole show: I pick a stall, spend a full shift there, and make twelve minutes about the dish and the person behind it.

  1. One stall per film.No rankings, no “top ten”, no hopping between carts.
  2. The cook is named and paid.Every stall gets a fee for the shift and a credit on screen.
  3. We eat what they sell.Nothing cooked for the camera that isn’t on the menu.

For brands

Our viewers watch to the end: the average film holds people for nine of its twelve minutes. We take two partners a month and only work with things we would use on a shoot.
